Actress Sarah Jessica Parker, whose shoe fetish manifested itself through her Sex and the City character Carrie Bradshaw, is collaborating with New York-based label Tome on a footwear line.

Parker has designed a collection of simple, pointed-toe pumps in shades of navy, turquoise, olive and red for the cult-label’s New York Fashion Week show.

The actress said she didn’t know Tome designers Ryan Lobo and Ramon Martin before the collaboration, just that she had admired their work from afar.

“I just think they’re so talented. It’s really so exciting to see,” Parker told Vogue.

The collection will be available on Moda Operandi after the show on Friday.
